The Men's Ministry of Higher Praise International Ministries is a brotherhood forged in prayer and accountability. We exist to call men into authentic discipleship — developing godly husbands, fathers, leaders, and servants who impact their homes, churches, and communities.
We believe men grow best in community. Our small groups and one-on-one mentoring create environments of honest accountability, mutual support, and spiritual sharpening.
Regular Bible study sessions equip men with the Word of God — studying topics relevant to manhood, marriage, leadership, and purpose in God's Kingdom.
We gather regularly to intercede for our families, church, city, and nation. Prayer is the foundation of everything we do as men who fear the Lord.
Men of God serve. We organize regular outreach and service projects in Des Moines, living out the love of Christ in practical, tangible ways.

The Women's Ministry of Higher Praise is a sisterhood of women who encourage, uplift, and equip one another. We celebrate the unique gifts God has placed within every woman and create spaces for healing, growth, mentorship, and joy in the Lord.
Our fellowship gatherings provide a safe, joyful space for women to connect, share, laugh, and pray together — building lifelong sisterhood in Christ.
We dive deep into the Word through topical and expository studies tailored for women — covering identity, purpose, family, and faith in everyday life.
We believe every woman has a God-given story. Through mentoring relationships and ministry events, we create space for healing, restoration, and purpose discovery.
From intimate gatherings to large annual conferences, we host events that celebrate, inspire, and challenge women to rise higher in every season of life.

Higher Praise Youth & Young Adult Ministry is a dynamic, Spirit-filled community for teens and young adults (ages 13–35). We are convinced that this generation is not the church of tomorrow — they are the church of today. We invest deeply in raising up a generation of radical disciples who know who they are in Christ.
High-energy, anointed youth services where young people encounter God through worship, relevant biblical teaching, and authentic community — every week.
We identify and develop young leaders through intentional training, opportunities to serve, and mentorship from seasoned ministers and ministry leaders.
Discipleship happens in smaller circles. Our youth small groups create safe, accountable communities where real conversations and spiritual growth flourish.
Young people who serve become lifelong kingdom builders. We engage youth in meaningful outreach, missions, and community service projects throughout Des Moines.

Children are a gift from God — and at Higher Praise, we take that seriously. Our Kids' Ministry serves children from birth through age 12 with age-appropriate, engaging, and Bible-centered programming that makes learning about Jesus exciting, fun, and transformative.
During every Sunday service, children enjoy their own age-appropriate worship experience complete with Bible lessons, praise music, games, and creative activities.
Our loving nursery team provides a safe, nurturing environment for our youngest ones while parents worship — giving every family the freedom to fully engage.
We use storytelling, crafts, games, and multimedia to bring Scripture to life in ways children can understand, remember, and apply to their everyday lives.
Child safety is our highest priority. Our ministry operates with trained volunteers, secure check-in systems, and policies that protect every child in our care.
